Winter branches and color development

The embedded newsletter listed tulip magnolia, forsythia, quince, pussy willow, and contorted filbert in its early program. It noted that early-forced flower colors may be paler and advised cool, frost-protected holding.

February variety progression

White cherry and double pink cherry were listed for early February, with white and pink Pieris japonica and additional magnolia and double-white cherry forms following. These dates describe the historical plan.

Later spring and farm observations

The March-to-May preview included dogwood, spirea, hellebores, snowball viburnum, and popcorn viburnum. The newsletter also shared a bald eagle sighting beside the river near the farm. Confirm today's sequence through the seasonal guide.
