Extra-Tall Wild Forsythia for Lunar New Year Displays
February
Yellow wild forsythia brings height and branching character to late-winter floral displays. This archive explores extra-tall grades alongside standard lengths.
Extra-tall and standard grades
The extra-tall wild-cut branches featured in this update were intended for hotel lobbies, large installations, and statement event work. Standard lengths offered the same yellow flowering character in a more compact format.
Build a seasonal palette
The original feature paired forsythia with double quince for red or pink contrast, tulip magnolia for specimen buds, and pussy willow for soft texture and line.
Plan the opening stage
The newsletter emphasized the speed at which forsythia can open. Discuss transit time, conditioning, target display date, and branch length with the farm before ordering. This archived feature does not establish current supply.
