Character before the flowers open

Patrick described white tulip magnolia as especially interesting in its branch form, even before flowering. A photograph showed trees along the Kilchis River in a previous March, while the newsletter noted swelling buds in the current crop.

White cherry and white magnolia were announced alongside white and double quince, peach, almond, lavender magnolia, forsythia and pussy willow. A cougar sighting about a mile from the farm supplied the personal wildlife note.

Choose the specimen stage deliberately

Tell the farm whether the branch silhouette, opening flower or both matter most for your design. Give the display date and lengths needed, and check the magnolia guide and current list for actual options.
