Staged for shipping

The farm described preparing buds to open relatively quickly after arrival while protecting them in transit. Staged branches were not expected to arrive fully flowering; customers still needed to finish the opening process.

Color follows the season

The source noted that early-forced salmon quince tends to be pale, with richer color nearer its natural flowering period. The photo of Adam with tall forsythia showed the scale of the branch program.

What followed in the preview

White and pink cherry were listed for early February and Pieris japonica for mid-February, followed by additional magnolia colors and later dogwood and spirea. These are historical planning windows, not today's stock.
