Fall

Reddish oak leaves, antique hydrangeas and berry stems formed the fall palette in this archived newsletter, with a coastal elk photograph opening the story.

Color from foliage as well as flowers

The historical list combined reddish oak leaves with green oak, Brandywine viburnum, snowberries, ninebark and red dogwood. Mixed leaf stages offered variation in tone and texture.

Scale and preparation details

Jumbo antique green hydrangeas were described as ten-inch heads in three-stem bunches. Dried lunaria was available only uncleaned in that email. Confirm present-day grades and finishes before planning quantities.

A connection to the Oregon Coast

The original opening photograph showed an elk herd in Seaside, north of Tillamook. The coastal setting and seasonal harvest are part of the farm’s archive, while current inventory lives on the ordering page.
