Montbretia Pods and a Summer Farm Newsletter
Historical seasonal newsletter
Explore montbretia pods in a historical summer assortment of gloriosa, hydrangeas, callas and Chinese lanterns, with bees and running-camp photographs.
From the original crop report
The email announces montbretia pods alongside gloriosa lilies, Chinese lanterns, callas and hydrangeas. This preserves the original transition from flowering stems toward pod texture.
Details from the farm
Patrick shared a photograph with runners at Steens Mountain Running Camp. Another image showed Monika’s bees pollinating the snowberries, linking the harvest to people and wildlife around the farm.
Seasonal context
The list described gloriosa in three-vine bunches with several buds per vine and a mixed-flower sampling box. Those packs and old promotions belong to that summer program.
