Emerald Mossy Branches and a Mixed Flower Box
Historical seasonal newsletter
Explore an emerald-mossy-branch archive with a historical mixed box of hydrangeas, callas and gloriosa, plus a glimpse of the Tillamook County Fair.
From the original crop report
The page title names emerald mossy branches, while its introduction explains a combination flower box with three bunches of hydrangea, six bunches of calla and five bunches of gloriosa.
Details from the farm
The box was intended as a way to sample multiple crops, with the farm choosing the best material then available. It is a historical assortment and is not a standing current pack.
Seasonal context
Patrick also described the Pig-n-Ford races at the county fair and shared another photograph of Monika’s bees pollinating snowberries. Montbretia pods and Chinese lanterns broadened the summer crop list.
